Reflections.
Gum plays a BIG part of my day. Every time I'm bored I find myself wanting to chew gum. I also like to keep myself occupied for by chewing gum for some reason. Gum keeps me stress free at times, and also focused. If gum was a person, it'll be a boy and more specifically my older brother. I know a "older brother" is a bold relationship, but whenever I'm bored gum serves a type of fun for me. Also if I'm suppose to be handling business, but not on task chewing gum will keep me focused and motivated somehow. To be honest I couldn't stop my habit of chewing gum, but I think eating candy and drinking water could slow my habit down. Candy comes close to gum because its a constant motion using my mouth and it keeps me focused and entertained.
Sweet Tooth!

I’m tempted to buy gum because i'm at a cash register and the gum section is right in front of me. I bought a box of Jelly Beans instead, because there’s a lot of them and they’ll last me for the rest of the day without me thinking about gum. I feel like I just accomplished something big! I didn't chew gum today when I had a chance!
Thirsty? Bored? ...Yes!

My mouth is dry, and need something to replenish it.I chose to drink water because it’s a continuous action of my mouth functioning. As of now I’m doing fine without gum, but only because the water gives me a refreshing feeling and I'm drinking it constantly.
Start of the Day: Peanut Butter Bar!
with Isaiah.
I’m bored and in need of something to keep me occupied, so that I won’t bite my nails. Instead of chewing gum, I decide to eat a 2 Peanut Butter Natural Valley Nutrients Bars because I think they will feel me up and keep my mind off gum for the time being. Gum would be much better at this point because it’s not as messy and doesn't have crumbs. I feel like I had somewhat of a meal though.
Anticipates My Day Without Gum.... :(
I have a very tough challenge ahead of me. I wont be chewing any gum for one whole day. I know it will be tough because I'm a heavy "gum-chewer." Also, i'm with my friends 75% of the time and all they chew is gum. To be honest, I have no clue what I'm going to do to replace gum. I have a feeling I will eat a lot of candy, more than usual. Yet again, though I'm very hopeful that I can make it through this day without gum ...IT WILL BE TOUGH! ;(
